Moto Parilla 50cc GP

1970 Moto Parilla 50 highly modified race bike.
This wonderful little race bike was the brainchild of CC d Herr who purchased the bike back in his youth as a standard Moped to go to work on, after moving on to larger bikes it lay in the back of his workshop for years till an interest in 50cc race bikes developed. CC then set about developing the bike over several race seasons racing it throughout europe the frame was vastly strengthened better brakes and suspension fitted plus as he couldn’t get any more power from its original engine a JLO engine was fitted which he went on to develop a disc valve induction and his own 4 speed gearbox conversion ( original 3 speed) with unique external selection. This development the enthusiasm and the engineering excellence of CC drew the attention of the Sachs factory who went on to supply him with a Ex Works 6 speed Sachs 50 GP bike that he again raced throughout European 1970-80 50cc race series, We also have this bike for sale.

The bike is unused since having a complete restoration.
